What to Expect at Your Visit
Our goal is to provide clear explanations, comfortable ultrasound experiences, and the reassurance you need. Your appointment will include imaging, discussion of results, and a detailed plan.
Before Your Appointment:
- Complete the online intake form.
- Upload previous records, lab reports, and imaging results.
- Bring a list of current medications and supplements.
During Your Appointment:
- You’ll meet directly with your Provider for a detailed consultation.
- Review of your medical and pregnancy history.
- Discussion of findings and creation of a personalized care plan.
After Your Appointment:
- A written summary and recommendations are provided.
- Communication with your referring OB/GYN is available upon request.
All records and discussions are handled according to HIPAA standards.

Insurance and Billing
Evaluations and ultrasounds are billed through Nova MFM.
Some consultations or elective services may be offered as private pay.
